Cochrane Library not working off campus --- fixed

**update*** thanks to our valiant erhelp@uncg.edu, off campus users are able to get into the full text of reviews in the Cochrane database

The Cochrane Library database is not working off campus.  Off campus users can enter the database and see abstracts, but can't get to the full reviews.  Instead they get a screen that tells them to "get access" and a page that doesn't recognize their UNCG computing account.

The problem has been reported to erhelp@uncg.edu.

I told the instructor who contacted me that if a researcher needs a Cochrane review and they can't get to it, we'd provide it - contact Chat with a librarian or me before 3 pm.

If you hear from any students or instructors who need a review from Cochrane Library, it's linked under the databases list, and after you click into full text there is a pdf icon that will let you download the pdf to send.

Jackson Library Wireless: 6/25-6/29

From ITS News: The wireless access points in Jackson Library are scheduled to be upgraded during the week of June 25th, 2018.
