Reporting problems with A-Z list

Thanks to Lea for sharing this information - it's the kind of thing I often need and often forget, so am putting it here.  Interns are welcome to use this procedure also.   If it has been posted previously, it is a good refresher.

Here's a decision tree.  If you know of a central place where you'd like this posted, please let me know.

If the A to Z journal list has an online journal/newspaper/magazine title with the wrong dates mentioned in the summary or the link goes to the wrong page, start with Beth Bernhardt.  OCLC doesn't allow us to edit the date summaries that they list for our online journals, which is obviously a huge problem, but Beth could at least report it.
If the A to Z journal list is missing a print journal/magazine/newspaper title that we own, please let Katherine Nunnally know and she'll work on it.
If you find an ebook problem in the catalog - a full text link is going to the wrong ebook title, or the catalog record says that we own an ebook but there's no full text link or vice versa, contact Marcie Burton.
Obviously there's no immediate prospect of a full time position devoted to electronic resources librarian (a new Beth B.) and our current Beth B is stretched pretty thin, but if you are ever unsure of whom to contact about electronic subscriptions and collections, start with Beth.
Thanks,
Lea
