govdocs circulation policy

Just a quick reminder on the govdocs circulation policy:
  • Anything that doesn't have a building use only stamp can circulate.
  • If there is a building use only stamp, please make sure you ask for a "second opinion" as there's a chance that it was stamped that way in error.
