If you have patron complaints about failure to received EBSCO articles or other probems -rec. the following from NC LIVE
Some of our locations have been experiencing an intermittent problem
trying to email articles from within Ebsco. Ebsco is aware of the
problem, and is currently testing a solution. They will be applying
the fix as soon as possible, but an exact date has not yet been set.
Their customer support informs us that they expect the release later
this week or early next week. We apologize for the inconvenience and
loss of functionality, and will update this information as more
details become available.
