Epidemiologic Profile

Some nursing students have been looking for epidemiologic data for North Carolina by county. The source needed is "Epidemiologic Profile for North Carolina." Paper version are in NC Documents at NC J2 807:H67/EP, but this source also has an online link when pulled up in our catalog that leads directly to the quarterly reports. Scrolling about half way through the 40 or so page reports one can see the data by county.
