Hey folks,
I know some of us, especially the brave and noble overnight/weekend
staff, have been tripped up sometimes while staffing in Chrome by an
issue whereby use of the backspace key navigates you clear off of the
webchat client with no warning.
Eric tipped me off to a Chrome extension called Backstop that will fix
this. I just tried it out and it worked. It can be had here:

Basically, as it turns out, this is a Chrome issue rather than purely
a libh3lp webchat client issue. Lots of web developers have some issues
with Chrome's backspace behavior, hence why Backstop was born.
