NC Live is offering a new source of ebooks The Open Library Borrowing Collection.
These are NOT in our catalog. I took a very quick look, these tend to be older popular titles, but it is a pretty big collection. Be sure you limit to ebooks when searching, or you'll get a wide variety of titles which aren't available. You may also see some titles which have a lock and the word DAISY beside them. These are titles which are available through the Library of Congress's program for the visually impaired and can only be used by those individuals with a special code that they obtain when registering for this service with LC.
