ID in back office

Hi, we have a driver's license for a student in the back office, and I have emailed him so he should be coming in to pick it up. I want to make it very clear that we NEVER take IDs and hold them. If someone needs to make copies and doesn't have the money and it's a fairly substantial amount, if you want, you can take an email address and you can send them a reminder. Normally if it is less than $1 and they desperately need copies, I just ask them to pay us sometime when they do have the money.
