We received several calls last night from patrons and from 6-TECH that
off-campus users are having trouble using Journal Finder. When patrons
attempt to log in to access Journal Finder, neither Internet Explorer
nor Firefox can authenticate the security certificate for the website.
The patrons were able to log in to access the databases, just not JF.
We emailed ERIT and have encouraged patrons to use the catalog instead.
