New Database for language

A new database has been added - it's called Tell Me More  on the database page.  It's for language learning and does require that users log on with their user name and password and then create a user name and password for the system that is separate.  This means NO guest users.  If people ask for Rosetta Stone, which happens sometimes, this is our alternative.
