Another WMS change - for Public Service, it means that a very small number of locations may not be accurate, so just be aware that you may need to check both systems for possible locations of an item that a patron can't locate. (it could say Reading Room in WMS and actually be in the stacks, for example)
From this point on, any changes made to records within SirsiDynix Symphony will not be reflected in WMS.
For example, if you change the Home Location of an item in Sirsi, the
location will display correctly in Sirsi through the rest of the
migration, but when we go live on WMS the "Shelving Location" will not
be accurate. This applies to any manual changes to bibliographic, call
number and item records. It does not apply to changes made by standard
circulation functions such as check out, check in, reserves, etc.
