WorldCat Local is missing full text links to at least some online dissertations and theses.
I've reported the problem to Beth B who is out of the office until next week.
Meanwhile please remember that the Dissertations and Theses Full Text database is still working and has online dissertations and theses for UNCG and from around the world.

EVERY dissertation between 1979 and 1996 seems to be available there: 1262 of them, the exact number found in
Dissertations and Theses: Full Text for the same period.
