SuperLab printing balance showing $0 for new students

We've had a few students visit the desk saying that their SuperLab printing balance is showing up as 0.00 or 0.01. I spoke with the lab assistant there tonight, and he told me that this is an issue with first-time users. If they swipe and login again, they should see their full balance.
