PRINT ERRORS-PLEASE READ!! Printing Passwords and 16 Character Network Passwords

So, we've all seen how patrons will think that they have to enter in their full UNCG username and password to release a print job.  Well, today, we learned that some people are doing this and the print stations will not release their print jobs.  This is because PHAROS will not accept passwords over 14 characters--and as we know, the new UNCG network passwords have to be 16 characters long.

If you have someone telling you that the print station won't accept their password, see if this is the reason first and remind them that it doesn't matter what their printing username and password is as long as they match it at the print station.
