Nursing students - how do I find a policy?

**update** one of the instructors asking students has said - part of the assignment is that THEY find these policies in their area.


So please don't feel like you need to hold students' hands through looking over and choosing a policy.

It's still safe to suggest that the student look at

• the advocacy/legislation web page from a nursing organization-there are tons of organizations for different nursing specialties, ANA is good
• a CINAHL search for articles about health policy in the U.S. 

Keeping in mind that we don't know what sorts of documents they need to find.

The nursing libguide has my contact info so you can make referrals and "schedule appointment" button so students can see when I'm available.

Please let me know about any other nursing/health questions you get - I'm scheduled to give the intern training session on health science resources Mon 9/11.
