***NEW*** Alternative Way to Request Back-up Toner for Reference Public Printer

In the past, we have always just emailed 6-TECH with our requests for back-up toner.  There is actually another way to do this.

1.  Go to http://6tech.uncg.edu/
2.  Sign into the Microsoft sign-in page with your UNCG email
3.  Once re-directed to UNCG's sign-in page, login with your UNCG credentials (if not already auto-populated)
4.  Once on the Online Service Portal page, click on the "Get IT" link
5.  Under Popular Items, select "Toner & Printer Supplies" in the grid
6.  Fill out the request form and click Submit.  Some items to note:
     a.) Department = University Libraries
     b.) Building = Jackson Library, Walter Clinton
     c.) Room Number = 151
     d.) Systel Equipment ID = EA-028
     e.) Select "black" toner

*Remember that when requesting toner, we are requesting a back-up toner replacement for the next time we run out of toner and that there should already be a toner cartridge in the supply closet on the back shelves ready to go when the current printer toner runs out.
