Family Study Room policy for the summer (relaxed)

 FYI on the Family Study Room this summer. If someone wants to use it (UNCG-affiliated or not), here's what to do:

• On a piece of paper at the desk, write down their name, email address, phone number, and UNCG ID # if they have one (no need to physically collect their ID). Write down the time as well.
• Give them the key and let them know that they have up to three hours to use the room, at which time they should return the key

This is a much more relaxed version of our normal policies; we'll resume more formal procedures in the fall. If you have questions, see me.
