"While ERHELP was migrated to Outlook this past weekend - it looks like we have lost the ability to receive "report a broken link" emails. So anytime you click on the ebook/ejournal/arcticle/eresource "report a broken link" hyperlink, fill out the form, and click send - we do not receive it. Marcie and I have tried to figure out a fix and have had no luck. 6-Tech so far has had no luck and have forwarded the problem to email admin. So at this time the only way to contact ERHELP is to email erhelp@uncg.edu"
So if you get patrons needing help reporting issues, please direct them to erhelp@uncg.edu until further notice.
***EDIT: a fix has been put in place, so "report a broken link" should be working now -NM (7/13)
