You may notice students approaching the reference desk asking about room 032. LIB 032, a.k.a. Jarrell Lecture Hall, is only accessible from the outside of the building (here's a link to a GIF showing directions from the desk: https://library.uncg.edu/libr032.gif).
There is also a room 023. This is the Academic Achievement Center, or AAC, on the lower level of Jackson that is accessed from within the building.
The similarity between these two room numbers makes it easy to confuse them. Verifying the room number is helpful and I like to ask followup questions to disambiguate between them.
