We've had a question recently about access to Libby and Overdrive, two popular resources for free ebooks & audiobooks from "your library." These both require membership at a public library and UNCG credentials will not grant access. We could encourage patrons to sign up at their local library to take advantage of these platforms.
Alternatively, we do have access to a database of "popular" ebooks & e-audiobooks through NCLIVE, and the link and instructions for sign-in are on this page: (this is just an isolated link pulled from the Databases A-Z list)

If you have any questions right now, please email me and Nick, and if you ever have questions in the moment with a patron, please try to reach out to whoever is available. If you cannot find someone and you are unsure of the answer, ask the patron if you can take their email and follow up. Guessing or giving incorrect information is never the vibe!
