Thanks to Amy's collaboration with ITS we will have additional support for technology related questions at the reference desk.
You may have already noticed them, but for those who have not, an ITS worker will be stationed nearby the reference desk from 9am - 5pm, January 12th - 15th.
Please do make them feel welcome and do not be afraid to direct matters of technology and printing to them.
