NUR 620-common questions on finding legal cases

Today I came across a Nursing 620 student looking for the full text of a legal case.

If you encounter a nursing student doing legal research, be sure to check the NUR 620 course guide - it has links and directions for Court Cases, Bills and Laws, and more.

Top questions from these students are -

1) I found a reference to this legal case, now how to do I find the full text? A: See the NUR 620 course guide, Court Cases tab
2) I have this legal case, now how do I cite it? A: See the bottom of the NUR 620 course guide, Court Cases tab
3) Help, I can't find any legal cases on my topic! A: Go back to CINAHL! Try searching for your topic there and adding the limit for Publication type: legal case. These are actually health articles that discuss legal cases-so you get nursing/health implications and a citation such as Roe v. Wade that you can plug into Lexis Nexis Academic when needing full text.
