when you need to report an issue related to the facility (plumbing, lights out, etc.) please send the information via this email address: libfaci@uncg.edu . This email account will be monitored throughout the day by someone in the Administrative Office in order to expedite, but not duplicate, communicating facility needs to the proper campus departments. You may still route these requests to your department supervisor or coordinator and if you feel this is an emergency you may still pick up the phone and call, but for general concerns, requests and "heads up" please use this email address instead of a series of individual emails.
