Update to Wireless Printing

Without any warning whatsoever the ITS department completely changed how its wireless printing works*. :) I have updated the Printing handouts that go at the desk but I will also include the instructions here for good measure, and I will update the Reference Manual.

*It's worth noting that if patrons want to print in the Bryan food court or on the first floor of the EUC they will still need to follow the old instructions to download and install the printer drivers.

How to Print Wirelessly on Campus

1. Make sure you are connected to the secured UNCG-FacultyStaffStudent wireless network

2. If you are printing from an iOS device, please follow instructions at http://bit.ly/PharosPrint

3. All other users, from your laptop, visit http://mprint.uncg.edu and log in with your UNCG username and password (same as you use for iSpartan email)

4. Click on the Upload icon at the top of the page and select the file to print from your computer

5. The cost will be automatically calculated and you can choose from single or double-sided options at the bottom of the page

6. Swipe your Spartan Card at the print stations in the Superlab, select your print job, and print
