Over the summer there was a sort of word of mouth "curbside" service happening while we were closed to visitors but now that our doors are open it is evolving. Essentially there is no curbside at this time. This is the latest information I have from Access Services:
"Pull and Pickup
A person can request a book to be pulled from the shelf using the checkout desk email. All emails are forwarded to [Mary Ann Graham] to process. [She] will pull the book from the shelf, check it out to the person account, contact the person that the book is ready for pickup at the access desk.
[She works] everyday but Friday, so it is a quick time frame for the person to pick up the book during open hours.
All requests should be sent to the checkout@uncg.edu. This is not advertised yet, (emphasis is mine) until the...workflow of the project is completed."
