You may have noticed some weirdness when searching the catalog over the last few days -- every now and then it says "Try again. Search results took too long to populate." or something similar. OCLC is aware of the issue and they are working to correct it. There's no estimate on when it will be fixed.
In the meantime, I have had luck searching for the article in the Journal A-Z list, or using the Google Scholar database (https://library.uncg.edu/dbs/auth/go.aspx?vdbID=380) to get article access for patrons.
