As most of us are aware, Lib 032 or the Jarrell Lecture Hall, is only accessible from the outside of the library. We routinely get questions at the beginning of the semester at the reference desk on how to find 032. We have a QR code to a GIF with directions at the high desk and some small paper handouts giving visual directions around the library to access 032.
The Academic Achievement Center(AAC) has recently moved into the library, and they operate out of 023 on the lower level of the main side of the library. Student's are now also asking about directions to the AAC and sometimes refer to it as 023.
These room numbers are very similiar and easy to confuse. When a patron asks for 032 or 023, it's a good practice to verify whether they are after directions to the AAC or Jarrell so we avoid sending patrons to the wrong location.
