There is currently an issue with ereserves with the transition to Microsoft (as of 8/14/23 at 1pm). Here is the message from Cathy Griffith in ASD:
"We are not sure yet what is causing this issue as all of the folder and files are set to share with anyone at UNCG, and being logged into Canvas should be meet that requirement. We are working with our internal IT department to see if there are any settings on our end that need to be changed and will file a 6Tech ticket if needed.
In the meanwhile, students will need to request access to the folders or files. We have been receiving requests coming from no-reply@sharepointonline.com and are assuming that they are being prompted to request access when opening the folders or individual files when embedded into other documents. Our Canvas test instance is not experiencing any of these issues, so we are unable to see exactly what is happening on the student's end."
