Requesting storage titles

Since Ferguson will be inaccessible for awhile, Terry has placed a message on the Storage Request login page notifying patrons of delayed delivery and directing them to Interlibrary Loan if they need something urgently. When patrons now click on a "Request Item" link in the catalog, they will see the attached page/message.

If patrons don't mind waiting for delivery, they can submit a Storage Request as usual.
