Per Lois Barnes from Access Services:
Rooms 274 A&B and all of the cubicles made out of the giant white board walls on floors 2-4 are not yet on the room scheduler. They are currently first-come-first-serve because they're missing furniture/technology. The signs currently say they can be reserved; we are waiting on new signs also!
Thank you!

additional reservable quiet rooms
In the effort to provide more quiet space we're releasing the Faculty Research Rooms on T2 (264-270) and placing them on the online scheduler so that students can reserve them.

Room Reservations Widget
From Access Services, FYI:
In regard to the new Room Reservations Widget on the Library Homepage : If a patron wants to browse all rooms available at a certain date and time, they just plug in that date and time in the widget and click the Go! button. They will need to log in. Only the rooms available at their selected date and time will be displayed. If all the rooms are booked, they will get a 'no results' message.
The layout of the new reservation system looks different. This new layout works on mobile devices, like iPhones, so patrons can make reservations more easily from anywhere.

collaboratories
FYI, we have made the room reservation links more noticeable on the website. Now, when you visit the Collaboratories page, there is a link near the very top of that page labeled "Reserve a room now!"
