Password Reset
Anyone who changed their password between 5/31/13 and 6/11/13 changed all their passwords but their google "mobility" passwords. There was a glitch in the system. We have already had one student who changed their password recently and could not get on using their mobile device. They can sync up their passwords but the quickest fix is for them to simply change their password. At this point the glitch should be fixed.
here is how to sync passwords:

password reset
Many of you are probably aware, but just in case. When helping someone to reset a password, advise them to reset all 4 options. Many people are just resetting their email password, probably because that is the only one they recognize, which means the log on to our computers has not been changed and is either different or perhaps expired. they most likely are not using all 4 of those systems, but it doesn't do any harm to have them all the same.
