Sort of.
Your journal article records in EndNote must have either a DOI or a URL that is acceptable to APA 6th edition style.
Also your EndNote records must be set to the correct reference type. There's a misleading summary here: http://endnote.com/support/enapa6thstyle.asp If your article has a DOI, you can leave reference type set to journal article. If you have a URL instead of a DOI, you should set reference type to electronic article.
I've updated the extremely brief local page on EndNote and MS Word to reflect this information and have quietly uttered my weekly curse in the general direction of APA.
