Loud, distracting noises from library staff at front desk

I wanted to formally complain about the loud noises, laughter, commotion, and ruckus coming from the front attendees of the library during late hours. The library workers have been watching videos online for several minutes, and have been guffawing annoyingly. As a student, I come to the library to conduct research, study for classes, and catch up on reading; I do not come here to be constantly distracted by employees of the library. Although I have the option of going to a different location upstairs, I think that the example of loud and distracting librarians does not help the image of the Jackson Library. I hope you will take this complaint under advisement, and hopefully instruct staff to be more respectful of the patrons of the library.
