Tutorials for fast

Hi all,

Mendy wanted to let us know how helpful the tutorials are for patron info during chats - instead of typing long list of instructions to "how do I use this database," it's so easy and much better for the patron to share a brief video.

FYI, Mendy bookmarked the research tutorials page in Firefox on the tall ref computer.
