Extra Mile service

I just wanted to acknowledge Carrie, who over the weekend checked on an unavailable journal link and emailed Beth, and then when the link was available, emailed the patron with the PDF of the article. thanks Carrie - and I'd like to encourage others to post to the blog, anytime you see service where someone makes an extra effort!
