Two extra mile events
for Mark, who frequently gets email thanks and also from NC Knows, and who recently mailed out some pages related to a slavery petition.
The patron responded - What would I have done without you!

and also Sarah - I walked toward the exit with a patron who said "Thanks a million" to her as he left the desk and told me on the way out what a big help she was.
