Instructions for Title Search Project

Here are the search instructions for print editions of GVRL, Sage Reference and Oxford Reference:

· Open one of the the spreadsheet in Ref Share (Q drive)

o GVRL: /Statistics/eBook Titles/Book Orders/GVRL Titles.xlsx

o Sage Reference: /Statistics/eBook Titles/Book Orders/Sage Reference Titles.xlsx

o Oxford Reference: /Statistics/eBook Titles/Book Orders/Oxford Reference Titles.xlsx

· Search each title in the Catalog for print and other online versions we have

o Enter call number and edition years in the “Print (All editions)” column. If we do not have a print copy, enter “No”.

o Enter any other online source(s) in “Other online” column.

o Use the “Notes” field as needed. (such as multiple copies)
