There is a patron who calls on the telephone and asks obscure questions, often about music, such as Mendelsohn's Scotch symphony. He has been calling us and the Music Library (with the same questions) for a while and you have probably encountered him already, because he is calling more frequently of late. His questions can be frustrating or even impossible, such as finding out the name of a tall conductor of some concert on Performance Today in 2010. However, he just seems to want to carry on an intellectual conversation. Just give him something on his subject from Wikipedia or, with the last question, the phone number for American Public Media. So, do not let him frustrate you, just give him something related to his current question.
