From Access Services We are planning to move the lockers in the Tower Basement to the 5th floor of the Tower sometime in the near future to make room to install viewing stations in the basement. We do not know when they will be moved yet.
Emails have been sent to and paper notices are being placed in the lockers of all patrons with a locker in the basement. The notices tell them that the lockers are being moved and to come to the Checkout Desk if they wish to change.
I put a rubber band around the envelopes for the available basement lockers with a note explaining what is happening. Be sure to explain this move to any new borrowers considering a locker in the basement.
