Instructional Films

Just heard from Joe Williams - they have had some patrons wandering alone in Cathy R's office looking for the instructional films. This is a closed collection - it is fine for us to take someone back there, (I've done that myself, although the organization is a little confusing) or send them to Access Services for help if we're too busy, but we shouldn't send anyone back to the office area unless we have made sure that Cathy is there to help them - too much potential for theft, or at the least getting things out of order and patrons frustrated if they can't find what they need.
