Building changes

The HD and HE move is complete.

That means that all of the HD's and HE's are on T7.

We are working on updating signs and range guides.

We are now shifting T6.

NOTE TO REF - the current stacks guide at the desk isn't completely accurate - we get those from Access Services, so will put the new one out when available.
