EndNote and Chat

Since we've trained a lot of people on EndNote, we may start getting more chats. As with any question, if you don't think you have the expertise to answer a question, either transfer it to someone on chat OR get the person's email address or phone and make sure someone contacts them. the same thing would apply to phone and in person. Most of the liaisons have been offering workshops on EndNote this week and Michael is also trained.
