Printing issue

FYI, I've had two separate people come up with pages that printed as black blocks.  In both cases, these were PDFs (but different ones) on Blackboard where they tried to print two pages on a single sheet.  Apparently, our public printer doesn't like these - I was able to print them on the printer in the office and they were fine.  Mary
