View full text links leading to error in Science Direct

Often (but not always) view full text links and check for full text links to Science Direct articles are leading to an error message. 

If you're in the catalog and click a View full text link to a Science Direct article, there's a chance you'll get Science Direct error message and search boxes.  The obvious workaround: paste the article title into the top search box in quotation marks to navigate to it.

You might see this same situation if you try to follow a check for full text link from a database to a Science Direct article.  Same error, same search box, same workaround.

Beth B has reported the problem to OCLC. No estimate on when the problem will be fixed.
