Elevators

Hi, all, there was a complaint about a failure in the way someone was directed to an elevator - not our desk, but I was asked to make sure everyone is very careful, since there are elevators in the older part of the building that don't lead to the Tower floors - and of course the Tower elevators don't take people to SCUA.  Please just confirm where someone wants to go, and in the case of the elevator in the Main building, it's so hidden away it doesn't hurt to walk them to it.
