New web site- how to resolve issues with the search box

This went out in a recent e-mail, but in case you haven't seen it-

With the new web site, patrons are having issues using the red search/research box in Google Chrome.  Sometimes, they will click on a link, such as "databases", and nothing happens.  It appears that the issues is that Chrome is caching the files from the old web site and attempting to apply them to the new one. Based upon testing, if a user clears the cache in Google Chrome then the web site works as intended.

To help someone clear their cache, tell them to hold down the shift key while also clicking the reload icon (the curved arrow on the top left), or they can clear their entire cache and browsing history by following the below instructions:
