As of this week, I am officially the manager of the display cases. The online reservations will go through me instead of Melvina. We thought we'd just cut out the middle (wo)man to make things run a bit smoother as all of the keys are in the reference closet anyway. If there are any questions about reservations in general (e.g., a patron needs to change the displays but is not on the schedule, etc.), please let me know. Liane will be my back up and anyone can access the keys for patrons if Liane and I are not here (they are located on the back of the door to ref closet). Please remember to always walk with the patron to unlock and lock the cases as patrons have been known to accidentally walk away with the keys. Again, come to me if you have any questions!
