Problems with catalog availability!

Hi, all, the message below came from Terry Brandsma - if users say that catalog availability isn't displaying they may need to follow the procedures below.

CLC has resolved the issues, but you will need to remove all "worldcat.org" cookies from your browser for avaliability to display properly again.

Here are the directions as provided by OCLC (your steps may be different depending on the browser version you are using):
-----
WorldCat Local/Discovery availability problem reported earlier is now considered fully resolved. If you continue to experience problems, it is possibly related to caching an error page. If that is the case, the instructions below may help clear the issue.  If they do not, please let us know.

In Firefox, choose Tools - Options from the menu, then select the Privacy tab and click the "Clear your recent history" and "Remove individual cookies" links.

In Chrome, choose the Tools icon, then Settings and click the "Show Advanced settings" link at the bottom. The "Clear browsing data" button will then appear and when you click on it you'll see a box with checkboxes for the different kind of data you can delete. You can safely delete "Cached images and files".

To delete the worldcat.org cookie in Chrome, you'll want to go back a screen (the main Settings screen), click Content Settings and then All cookies and site data. If you type in "worldcat.org" in the upper right and click Remove all, it will delete all of the visible cookies on that screen.
