changes in EZ Proxy

ERIT has made some changes in the way that EZ Proxy works - it's pretty technical.  The main thing you need to know is that if new problems arise with patrons and off campus access, be sure to send an email to erit@uncg.edu or Brown Biggers  fbbigger@uncg.edu to report problems


be sure to include as much specific info as you can get - text of error messages, resource being accessed, if the person is accessing from off campus,  and anything else that might help them figure out what is causing a problem.
