We have a brief trial of the United Nations iLibrary this summer. Most of the publications are freely available elsewhere so we are not likely to subscribe, but in case you want to play with it, here it is: http://www.un-ilibrary.org/  It is IP range specific and not proxied so only can be used on campus.
